Configuring Radio
Wizard (Settings)
There are just a few things to set up with Radio Wizard --
the location for recordings, what format to save them in, and how many minutes
of audio you'd like to have in the rewind buffer.
Here's how to configure Radio Wizard:
Ensure no audio is playing. You cannot change settings while Radio Wizard
is buffering audio or paused.
Click the Settings button
. The Settings dialog appears:
The Temp Files Folder is where Radio Wizard stores your rewind
buffer. This should be located in a drive that has a lot of free disk space.
This file can get fairly big, up to 4 Gigabytes depending upon how much audio
you're saving.
The Recorded Files Folder is where your recorded MP3 or WAV
files are placed.
Max time to buffer lets you decide how many minutes are available
for rewinding or pausing.
Save Recording as lets you decide between MP3 or WAV format.
Both file types are saved at the highest possible quality.
